摘要
介绍了儿童营养摄入量,进行了儿童零食的调查。探讨了儿童食品的合理开发及其安全性。指出儿童食品的研制者和生产者应该在原料选择、生产控制、包装设计和食用方式等各个环节保证儿童食品的安全。
The nutritional requirements and snacks of children are investigated and analyzed in this paper. The rational development and safety of children's food are pointed out. The researcher and producer should assure the safety of children's food in every step, such as the choice of raw material, the production control, the packing design, the edible method.
