主要阐述了原料乳中掺入非乳脂肪的检测方法。通过检测对比,探讨了最适合检测原料乳脂肪掺假的方法。
This article reviewed methods of detecting the addition of non-dairy oil in milk. Different methods were compared and the most suitable detecting method of adulteration of oil in milk was discussed.
