摘要
通过对图书馆传统人事管理误区的分析,提出了要发展图书馆事业必须建立起现代新型人力资源管理和开发的模式。本文从绩效考评机制和人才培养机制两个方面来论述人力资源管理的开发,提出应在图书馆的人力资源管理中引入人本管理的理念,进而提升图书馆人力资源管理的水平。
The article proposes the new patterns of human resources management and development to accelerate the development of library on the basis of the analysis of the misunderstandings in traditional human resources management of library. It analyzes performance evaluation mechanism and talent cultivation mechanism about human resources development,and points out the idea of humanistic management taken in the human resources management of library in order to elevate the ability of the human resources management of library.
