摘要
教育全面公平包括教育起点、教育过程、教育结果这三方面的公平。传统支教工作的思路是为促进落后地区教育的发展,促进教育起点公平。在和谐社会的背景下,支教工作的思路应适时地转变为促进教育过程公平和教育结果公平服务。
The so-called "wholly educational justice" includes the starting point, the process and the outcome. The thinking way of traditional education - supporting work is to promote the development of the education in the backward areas and improve the justice of educational starting point. Under the harmonious society, the thinking ways of education-supporting work shall be timely changed to the service of promoting the justice of educational process and outcome.
