摘要
以聚醚、甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、蓖麻油为主原料配以其它助剂合成了聚氨酯弹性体胶浆,选择液态硫化剂3,5-二甲硫基甲苯二胺(DMTDA)与固体硫化剂3,3’-二氯-4,4’-二苯基甲烷二胺(MOCA)分别与胶浆反应制成了胶片,并对其进行了性能测试。结果表明,胶浆的最佳配方是胶浆的NCO质量分数为5.0%～6.0%,蓖麻油质量分数为10%左右。胶浆与DMTDA的质量配比在8～10∶1时,可常温固化、手工操作和达到进行大面积刮涂的目的,并应用于防腐工程。
It contains three parts: Firstly, to synthesize polyurethane elastomer mucilage with PPG, TDI and castor oil, compounded with some additives; secondly, to choose liquid vulcanizing agent ¨C DMTDA and solid MOCA to react with mucilage respectively and make into colloidal film; thirdly, to have performance test.
