自体植骨+钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折

Autologous bone graft + plate fixation for the treatment of elderly neck of humerus comminuted fracture

目的:介绍应用自体植骨+钢板内固定治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折的方法。方法:对32例老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折患者行切开复位钢板内固定,同时取自体髂骨块植骨,术后悬吊固定3周后积极行患肢功能锻炼。结果:本组所有病例术后随访3～14个月,平均7个月达到骨性愈合。肩关节功能评分(按Neer标准)为85～95分,其中,优26例,良6例。结论:自体植骨+钢板内固定方法是治疗老年肱骨外科颈粉碎性骨折的有效方法之一。

Objective：To study the applications of autologous bone plate fixation for the treatment of elderly neck of humerus comminuted fracture method. Methods：32 cases of surgical neck of humerus comminuted fracture of the elderly patients accepted the operation of open reduction and plate fixation, and from the block of autologous iliac bone graft, suspended for three weeks,then done the positive fixed line limb functional training. Results：All patients in this group 3-14 months of follow-up, an average of seven months to bone healing.According to Neer scale,the function of Shoulder was 85- 95 points, which excellent in 26 cases and good in 6 cases.Conclusion：Autogenous bone graft ＋ plate fixation methods for the treatment of elderly neck of humerus comminuted fracture is one of the effective ways.
