液基薄层细胞和阴道镜联检对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的诊断价值

Clinical value of combination of Thinprep cytologic test and colposcope in diagnosis of Cervical intraepithelial neoplasia

目的:探讨液基薄层细胞和阴道镜联合检查对宫颈上皮内瘤样病变的诊断价值。方法:对226例宫颈疾病患者进行液基薄层细胞和阴道镜检查。结果:TCT、阴道镜、TCT+阴道镜三种方法检测的阳性率依次为15.04%、22.12%、23.89%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。TCT+阴道镜诊断敏感度、准确度、特异度及诊断符合率比单纯TCT、单纯阴道镜检查高,差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:单纯TCT和阴道镜检查宫颈上皮内瘤样病变各具优缺点,二者用于临床诊断可以相互补充。

Objective：To explore the clinical value of combination of Thinprep cytologic test （TCT） and colposcope in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia.Methods：226 patients with different diseases in cervix uteri were detected with TCT and colposcope, the data of which were analyzed.Results：The detectable rates were 15.04%, 22.12%, 23.89% in TCT, colposcope and TCT＋colposcope with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.In sensitivity,accuracy rating,specificity and diagnose accordance rate,the methods of TCT＋colposcope were better than both TCT and colposcope in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia with statistical difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：There are some disadvantages for both TCT and colposcope,so combination of TCT and colposcope are suggested in diagnosis of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia in clinical experiences.
