摘要
目的:建立气相色谱法测定水产品鲑鱼中多氯联苯残留量的测定方法。方法:采用HP-5弹性石英毛细管(30m×0.32mm,0.25μm)色谱柱,进样口温度为250℃;检测器温度为300℃。不分流进样,程序升温,检测器为63Ni电子捕获检测器,高纯氮气为载气。结果:6种多氯联苯在0.002mg/L~0.1mg/L范围内线性关系良好(r>0.998),其检出限范围为0.01μg/L,该方法的回收率为86.1%~92.3%、相对标准偏差≤6.5%。结论:该方法的准确度、灵敏度、回收率及重现性均符合要求;
Objective:To develop a capillary gas chromatography method for analysis the content of residue of PCB in the Salmon.Methods:Using gas chromatography (GC) and HP-5 flexible quartz capilary (30 m×0.32 mm,0.25 μm)chromatographic column, sample injection 250℃ ;63Ni electron capture detector (ECD);Detector temperature 300℃; Column temperature 230℃.Results:6 kinds of PCB residue detected in the Salmon had good linear correlation with 0.002 mg/L-0.1 mg/L,the limit of detection was 0.01 μg/L.The recovery rate of 6 kinds of PCB residue was 86.1%-92.3% ,RSD≤6.5%. Conclusion:The method was simple and accurate.
