摘要
随着经济全球化的深入发展,区域经济已成为经济社会发展的一种重要形态。在区域经济发展中,以提高创新能力为核心的区域创新系统的完善与否,成为衡量一个地区竞争力的关键。本文从区域创新系统的概念及构建模式入手探讨了构建廊坊区域创新系统的问题研究。
With the fast development of the economic globalization, regional economy has become one important form. It is the key to evaluate the regional competition whether or not improving the Regional Innovation System as the core of the increasing the innovative ability. This paper just discusses how to construct Langfang Regional Innovation System by its definition and construction model.
