Investigation and Reflection on the Harsh Employment of Female College Students

女大学生就业难是当前我们面临的严峻问题,对于构建和谐社会影响深远。问卷调查显示女大学生存在诸多矛盾的就业心理特点,反映出女大学生的就业矛盾心理。女大学生就业矛盾心理有历史与现实、客观与主观等多方面因素造成,政府、学校、个人应采取切实可行的措施,解决女大学生的心理困惑,提高女大学生的就业竞争力,破解女性就业的难题。

At present the harsh employment of female college students is an urgent matter and will have far-reaching influence on con- structing harmonious society. Answering questionnaires show that female college students present lots of psychological characteristics of employment and depict the conflicting psychology of female college students＇ employment. The conflicting psychology of female college students＇ employment is caused by various factors such as historical and realistic, objective and subjective factors. Governments, schools and individuals should all take practical and effective measures to deal with the psychological perplexity and improve the competitive edge of female college students＇ employment so as to solve the problem of female college students＇ employment.
