菘蓝种子萌芽习性初步研究

The Preliminary Study of Sprouting Habits of Isatis Tinctoria L.Seeds

目的:研究菘蓝种子萌发习性,为收获优质大青叶筛选优良种源。方法:采用室内实验观察方法。结果:适宜在气候凉爽、湿润、弱酸性、基质疏松的环境下生长;适宜的萌发温度为20～25℃;光照条件好,则生长发育较快;不耐涝,如果人工栽培不适宜渠灌。结论:实验为研究菘蓝种子的萌芽习性做了初步的研究,并在此条件下比较了不同产地种子的优劣,可作为大青叶GAP栽培的参考依据。

Objective： To study the sprouting habits oflsatis Tinctoria L. , to screen the fine seedling source for harvesting high quality of Indigowoad Leaf. Methods： Use the method in the laboratory to test and observe. Results： The seed is suitable to grow in the coolly and moisty climate, under the soil of weak acid, the matrix loose environment; the best suitable sprouting temperature is 20 - 25℃ ;illumination condition is good, then the speed of growth is quicker; does not bear the waterlogging. It is not suitable to use the ditch to fill if artificially cultivated. Conclusion ： The test do the preliminary study oflsatis Tinctoria L. seeds＇sprouting habits, and has compared the quality of these seeds from different palces under this condition. These may be good references for the GAP cultivation of Indigowoad Leaf.
