聚酰胺柱层析--紫外分光光度法测定广藿香叶总黄酮的含量 被引量:7

摘要 目的:采用柱层析——分光光度法测定6批广藿香叶中总黄酮的含量。方法:以芦丁作参照物,在室温25℃下,510nm处测定广藿香叶中总黄酮的吸光度。结果:该方法在线性10.1~50.5μg/mL范围内,r=0.9996,平均回收率为97.2%~98.3%;RSD≤2.0%。结论:该方法测定广藿香叶中总黄酮,方法简便,灵敏度和准确度高。 Objective :Content of total flavoniod in leaves ofPogostemon cablin (Blaneo) Benth. was determination by spectrophotometry. Methods :The detection was set at 510nm and temperature at 25℃. Results :The method was linear within the range of 10. 1 - 50.5mg/mL, r = 0. 9996. The average recovery of assay was 97.2%- 98.3% ( n = 5) and RSD ≤2.0% with reference Rutin. Conclustion :The mothod appeared to be simple, highly accurate. It can be useed for the determination of total flavonid.
