摘要
细胞凋亡是糖尿病慢性并发症发病机制之一。糖尿病肾病(DN)、糖尿病心肌病、糖尿病视网膜病变(DR)、糖尿病神经病变等多种DM慢性并发症的发生与细胞凋亡密切相关。其中凋亡相关基因BCL-2、Bax、Fas、BCL-XL、Pax-3及一些胞内信号转导分子等可能对组织细胞的凋亡进行调控。
Apoptosis is one of pathogenesis of diabetic chronic complication. And the occurrence of diabetic chronic complication is closely correlated to apoptosis ,such as DN, DR, DPN and Diabetic cardiomyopathy ,etc. The related Genes of apoptosis ： BCL - 2, Bax, Fas, BCL - XL, Bax - 3 and Some signal consduction molecules in the cell possibly regulate the histiooytic apoptosis,
