摘要
目的:优选复方脚癣灵的提取工艺。方法:采用正交试验,以HPLC法测定提取物中小檗碱和黄芩苷的含量作为评价指标,优选复方脚癣灵的提取工艺。结果:确定的最佳工艺为加10倍量80%乙醇回流提取2次,每次60min。结论:优选的复方脚癣灵提取工艺简单、可行。
Objective ：To optimize the extraction process of JiaoXuanLing Complex Prescription. Methods ：The optimum extraction process was investigated by the orthogonal design. The index was the yielding contents of baicalin and berberine hydrochloride in extract which were determined by HPLC. Results ： The optimized extraction process was as follow,adding 10 times of 80% alcohol into meal,refluxing and extracting for 2 times,60 minutes every time. Conclution ： The optimized process is simple and feasible.
