综合疗法治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎46例临床观察

Complex Therapy for 46 Cases Patients with Peritendinitis on the Muscle Tendon for Crooking

目的:观察综合疗法治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎疗效。方法:自2003年7月至2007年7月,共收治屈指肌腱腱鞘炎患者46例,其中男9例,女37例;年龄18～55岁,平均36.5岁。病程20天～1年。32例为右侧,9例为左侧,5例为双侧。全部病例均采用中药熏洗、推灸疗法、针刺疗法、局部制动。结果:所有病例治疗后随诊1～3年,平均1.9年。治愈37例,显效5例,有效3例,无效1例。结论:采用综合疗法治疗屈指肌腱腱鞘炎获得良好疗效,能满足人们日常生活及工作中施加于手部的各种载荷。

Objective ：Observe curitive effect of complex therapy for patients with peritendinitis on the muscle tendon for erooking. Methods ： From 2003 July to 2007 July,we had treated 46 eases patients with peritendinitis on the muscle tendon for crooking, including male 9 eases and female 37 eases, in 18 - 55 years, average 36.5 years. Course of disease was from 20 days to 1 year. 32 eases in right, 9 eases in left,5 eases in both sides. ALL patents threapy with fumigating of Chinese herb, manipulation and moxibustion, acupuncture, partly brake. Result ： All patents followed - up 1 - 3 years after treatment, average 1.9 years, healing well 37 eases, excellence 5 eases, utility 3 eases, invalid 1 ease. Conclusion ： Complex therapy effect is good for patients with peritendinitis on the muscle tendon for crooking, it is satisfied for patients finger apply in daily life and work.
