血管内皮抑素对lewis肺癌细胞系影响的研究

Research on the effect of endostatin on Lewis lung carcinoma

目的:评价血管内皮抑素对lewis肺癌的抗肿瘤作用。方法:采用lewis肺癌细胞系(LLC)行血管内皮抑素的研究,观察不同剂量血管内皮抑素对lewis肺癌细胞增殖、凋亡及耐药的影响。结果:血管内皮抑素能诱导lewis肺癌细胞的凋亡,凋亡程度与其剂量呈正相关。给予血管内皮抑素后lewis肺癌细胞没有出现耐药的P170受体。通过对加药8h和加药12h细胞周期的分析,初步证明血管内皮抑素的作用机制可能与其使肿瘤细胞阻滞在S期、从而诱导细胞产生凋亡有关。结论:血管内皮抑素有一定的抗肿瘤作用,其作用机制可能与其使肿瘤细胞阻滞在S期、诱导细胞凋亡有关。

Objective ：The primary aims of this pilot study were to investigate the anti-tumoral effect there was on lewis lung carcinoma. Methods： We studied effects of defferent doses of endostatin on lewis lung cell. Results ： Eendostatin could induce cells apoptosis in lewis lung cell line. According with the more drug doses, there was the more affect. Through the analyse of cell period on 8h and 12h improved that one cause was that eendostatin could inhibite lewis lung cells at the cell period S. Conclusion：Endostatin have the anti-tumoral effect on lewis lung carcinoma, which could inhibite the cancer cell at the cell period S.
