摘要
信息学原理实质上是认识过程的教学理化，与Shannon信息论共同构成信息科学的理论基础．它包括信息认知论和信息语义论，主要来源于模式识别及自然语言理解。
The in formatics principle is essentially the mathematical theory on cognltion process;the theoretic basis of information science will be composed of Shannon information theory and it together. It should include in formation cognition theory and information semanteme theory,and originated mainly form pattern recognition and natural language understanding.
