摘要
介绍了一种新型的特殊防流滴涂覆液。在三层共挤棚膜生产装置上,研究了表面处理、涂覆量的控制、烘干等工艺条件对薄膜性能的影响。实现了在线工业化生产涂覆型流滴、消雾、耐候功能膜。在各种工艺条件下对薄膜的流滴持效性作了研究,确保了薄膜的流滴持效期达12个月以上。
The processing technolyies, like the surface tratmemt, controling of the quantity for coating, drying,etc. ,affected on the properties of film by three-layer extrusion. Now the anti-dropping,anti-fogging and wethering films were industralized on line. Finlly the anti-dropping was studied uader the different processing conditions. The effective duration of anti-dropping film was confirmed for above the 12 months.
