我国网络信息资源建设策略研究

网络信息资源是社会信息化和信息网络化的必要条件和重要因素。本文对目前我国网络信息资源建设亟待解决的问题进行了深入分析,在此基础之上,从策略上提出了相应的解决措施。文章旨为有计划、有步骤地建立和完善我国的网络信息资源建设提供一种决策支持。

The network information resources are the necessary condition and important factors of the information society and information network.
