企业科技文献保障机制探讨

知识经济时代,科技文献资源在企业科技创新及发展中将发挥越来越重要的作用。然而科技企业普遍存在信息意识不够、文献资源少、获取文献困难等难题,在文献保障机制上存在较大的问题。论文总结了网络时代的科技文献资源的特点,分析了企业科技文献保障的重要性及面临的难题,并论述了重庆市企业科技文献保障的现状。在此基础上,提出了建立企业科技文献保障系统的三项原则,提出了企业科技文献保障系统的框架结构,讨论企业的科技文献保障的机制。

At the information economy times, science and technology literature resource will be more and more important for innovation and development of corporation. But problems exist in many science and technology eorporations which are inadequate information consciousness, little literature resource,difficulty of getting literature science. The corporations are not consummate at guarantee mechanism of literature, This paper summarizes the characteristics of resource of science and technology in the network age, analyzes the importance and difficult problem of support mechanism for literature and discusses the status of support mechanism for literature in Chongqing. Lasdy three principles and frame structure for establishing support mechanism systems for literature are proposed and the support mechanism for corporation literature is discussed.
