四联法治疗恶性肿瘤的临床研究

Clinical effect of four-combined therapy on cancer

目的:观察四联法(高频透热+化疗+免疫生物制剂+中草药)治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤患者的疗效。方法:将565例中晚期恶性肿瘤患者随机分为A、B2组,A组223例患者采用四联法治疗;B组342例患者给予除热疗外的三联治疗,然后观察2组的治疗效果。结果:A组患者接受四联法综合治疗后,瘤体大小及癌性疼痛均获得不同程度的缓解,2组患者疗效差异具有统计学意义。结论:包括热疗的四联法治疗中晚期恶性肿瘤疗效确切、不良反应轻、耐受良好,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy of four-combined therapy （high-frequency hyperthermia＋chemotherapy＋immuno-biological therapy＋traditional Chinese medicine） on advanced cancer. Methods：Five hundred and sixty-five patients with various advanced cancer received anti-tumor treatment in the First Hospital of Changsha from July 2004 to July 2006. They were randomized into two groups （A and B）. Group A （n=223） received four-combined therapy including hyperthermia and Group B （n=342） received three-combined therapy without hyperthermia. Hyperthermia was performed at 40℃-42℃ for 60 min （once or twice every week and 6 times as one cycle） and repeated for 3-5 cycles. The clinical outcome of two groups were recorded and compared. Results： After the patients in group A received four-combined therapy, the cancer-related pain was relieved and the tumor size was decreased to different extent. There was significant difference in the clinical outcome between the two groups （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Four-combined therapy involving hyperthermia has definite anti-tumor effects, light toxicity, and well tolerability. It is a good method which is worthy of popularizing in clinic.
