摘要
首先对陶瓷工业生产与管理中的多目标决策问题做了有针对性的讨论,为此目的而建议引入层次分析(Analytical Hierarchy Process,AHP)的方法,并对其做了详细的介绍。之后,给出了在陶瓷窑用煤制气种类选择中的一个应用实例,并对AHP方法在此实例中的应用效果进行了评价。本工作对扩充陶瓷工业管理中的定量化决策方法、提高其科学决策水平,并为行业技术进步,实现优质、高产、节能减排、改善劳动条件等综合目标有某些促进作用,可供业者和主管部门领导参考。
The first, the discuss of multiple objective decision making in industrial production and management of the ceramics industry was introduced. The analytic hierarchy process（AHP） was described in detail. The selection of coal- gas of in ceramics kiln was a sample. The application results of AHP was evaluated.AHP could improve the method that quantifies qualitative analysis of the ceramics industry and increasing the ability to make decision of the enterprise and industry.
