关节软骨损伤基因治疗的研究进展

摘要 关节软骨损伤临床上非常多见,主要由外伤或疾病造成。关节软骨损伤的早期可引起损伤关节的疼痛和关节功能的受限,到晚期关节退变,发生骨关节炎,严重降低患者生活质量,往往需要关节置换。关节软骨损伤后,自身修复能力有限,如何修复关节软骨和软骨下骨的损伤、促进关节软骨自身修复、重建关节功能成为临床医师和研究人员需要解决的重要问题。目前用于关节软骨损伤的治疗方法很多,包括软骨下骨微骨折术、软骨移植、骨膜软骨膜移植、软骨细胞和间充质干细胞移植,以及近来研究较热的基于细胞和材料的组织工程技术治疗关节软骨缺损等,都未能取得满意的临床治疗效果,
