摘要
目的了解昆明市社区卫生服务机构人力资源现状.方法采取分层整群随机抽样,对昆明市盘龙区、五华区、西山区、官渡区四区的37个社区卫生服务机构,及394名社区卫生服务工作者进行调查.结果昆明市构建了一支能开展基本社区卫生服务的队伍,但各城区之间存在一定差异,人才结构不尽合理.结论昆明市的社区卫生服务队伍仍需进一步调整和完善.
Objective To know the prevalence of human resources in community health service (CHS) in Kunming city. Methods With stratified and cluster sampling, we investigated 37 organizations and 394 service staffs in Panlong district, Wuhua district, Xishan district, and Guandu district in Kunming. Results The team of CHS has been established preliminarily in Kunming, but there are some differences among districts of the city. It is not fully reasonable for the human resource structure of CHS in Kunming. Conclusion It is necessary to regulate and improve the team of CHS in Kunming.
