654-2对烫伤早期大鼠小肠粘膜HSP70表达的影响 被引量:1

The Effect of Anisodamine on Expression of HSP70 in Small Intestinal Epithelium Cells of Scalded Rats during Early Stage

摘要 目的研究烫伤后早期给山莨菪碱(654-2)对大鼠小肠粘膜组织细胞热休克蛋白70(HSP70)表达的影响.方法采用大鼠烫伤模型,通过免疫组化及HE染色等方法,检测伤后3、6、12、24h和48h不同时间点治疗前后肠粘膜组织病理改变及HSP70表达情况.结果治疗组各时间点HSP70表达均较烧伤组明显升高,烫伤早期SD大鼠小肠粘膜组织损伤明显,治疗组SD大鼠小肠粘膜组织损伤较烫伤组明显减轻.结论严重烧伤早期SD大鼠小肠粘膜组织损伤明显,早期应用654-2对烧伤早期大鼠小肠粘膜组织损伤具有明显保护作用.654-2明显增强烧伤早期SD大鼠小肠粘膜组织细胞内HSP70表达,这可能是其保护肠粘膜的机制之一. Objectives To observe the pathological changes and the expression of HSP70 in small intestinal epithelium after burn injury and the treatment of anisodamine, to study the regularity of HSP70 expression in small intestinal mucosa and the influence of anisodamine. Methods The scalded rats were taken as the model. The intestinal tissue was determined at 3, 6, 12, 2 4 and 48 hour after 30% TBSA III degree scald. HSP70 expression in small intestinal mucosa was determined by immunihistochemistry. The pathological changes of intestinal tissues by HE were observed. Results The level of HSP70 in group A was significantly lower than that in group B at most time points after scald. Pathology by HE staining revealed that small intestinal epithelium tissues of burn group were damaged obviously after burn. The tissues of anisodamine burn group were relieved obviously. damages of small intestinal epithelium Conclusions The small intestinal epithelium tissues of SD rats were damaged obviously during the early burning stage. Anisodamine can enhance expression of HSP70 in small intestinal epithelium tissues of scalded rats. Expression of HSP70 induced by anisodamine maybe an important mechanism for anisodamine to protect intestinal mucus barrier.
