目的探讨Nd:YAG激光治疗后发性白内障的疗效.方法应用Nd:YAG激光仪,对286例(286眼)后发性白内障患者行后囊膜激光切开术,术后随访时间3月.结果激光截囊前后视力有显著差异(P<0.01),而激光截囊后视力与后发性白内障发生前视力无显著差异(P>0.05),人工晶体损伤44例(15.4%),但对视力预后无明显影响.结论Nd:YAG激光治疗应采用合适的激光方法和能量,能较大程度地提高视力,且并发症发生率低,是治疗后发性白内障最有效的方法.

Objective To explore the curative effects of Neodymium-YAG laser on after-cataract. Methods Posterior capsules of 286 patients with the after-cataract were treated with Neodymium-YAG laser, and 3-month post-operative follow-up of was designed. Results Compared with that of the after-cataract, postoperativevisionimprovementwassignificantdifferent （P 〈 0.01）.But postoperative vision variation was similar to the negative after-cataract （P 〉 0.05）. Although the intraocular lens of 44 patients （15.4 %） had been damaged to some different degree, prospective vision was hardly affected. Conclusion If Neodymium-YAG laser technique could be drawn adroitly on, it would be an optimal devise for the therapy of after-cataract to dramatically improve the patient＇ s vision and effectively decline the corresponding complications.
