消化道携带海洛因的影像诊断

目的:探讨消化道携带海洛因者,海洛因囊在胃肠道内的影像表现。方法:2例男性境外贩毒人员,将高纯度海洛因装入避孕套内密封,外用胶带包裹,制成海洛因囊,吞服或从肛门塞入后10h^2d内就诊,由公安人员送入我科检查,行腹部DR摄片和螺旋CT腹部扫描。结果:X平片见腹部及盆腔区肠道内有多发椭圆形大枣状较高密度影,边缘清楚,CT平扫见肠道内多枚椭圆形、圆形阴影,密度较高,CT值100~184HU,囊状物边缘光滑、规则,大小及形态近似,独立存在,互不融合,越向结肠远段排列越密集,肠腔明显扩张,肠壁清楚,无肠梗阻及肠穿孔征象。结论:腹部X平片及CT可显示消化道携带毒品者,海洛因囊在胃肠道内停留的部位、大小、数量,有无肠梗阻及肠穿孔,明确诊断,为进一步处置提供依据。

Conclusion： The abdomen X-ray and cr may demonstrate the digestive tract carries the narcotics, the heroin pouch location, the size, the quantity, whether there is the intestinal obstruction and the intestinal perforation, clear diagnosis, provides further handle basis.
