摘要
玉米花粉和枸杞都是有很高的营养价值和医疗保健作用的天然植物原料。本试验从玉米花粉的破壁,营养素的提取,异味的去除以及配方比例、产品稳定性等进行了研究,对玉米花粉的开发有一定的指导意义。
Both of the maize pollen and wolfberry are natural plant materials and have high value of nutrition and health care function. This paper analyzed the maize pollen fragmentation, nutrient extraction, unusual flavor removing, formulas of drinks and the stablility of product. The results are of signifance for the development and application of maize pollen.
