摘要
磷脂是一类含磷酸根的类脂化合物的总称，广泛存在于动植物中，在医学、营养学、生命科学等领域有重要的应用价值。本文介绍了高效液相色谱法分析检测磷脂的研究进展，并且包括样品预处理及常用检测器。
Phospholipids are mixtures of lipids containing phosphorus, and widely exist in plants and animals. They have valuable applications in medical science, nutritional science, and life science. This paper mainly introduces the advances of high performance liquid chromatography, which is used to analyze the phospholipids, and the pretreatment of phospholipids as well as common detectors used.
