摘要
对三级生物安全实验室中一更压力和安全门密封性对主实验室洁净度的影响,以及实验室运行工况转换与排风机故障切换时保持合理压力梯度的手段等问题进行了分析研究。通过实验总结出:一更保持非负压状态即可不影响主实验室的洁净度,而安全门的密封性对实验室污染区洁净度影响很大;采用设置在送风阀风量突变条件的定排风量控制,在工况转换和风机故障切换时能够维持实验室合理的压力梯度。
The article summarizes the research process of the positive (or common) pressure protection in First Changeroom and the airproofofexit door, which may influence the indoor cleanliness, and also gives some methods on how to maintain the pressure gradient when the operation condition changes and the exhaust fan switches affected by sudden malfunction. One conclusion is that the pressure of First Changeroom has no influence on the cleanliness of the main room, but the airproofofexit door affects the indoor cleanliness badly, so a good airproofexit door is necessary. The Other conclusion is that by the help of the control system that keeps exhaust volume constant and decreases the supply air fast with the rising of indoor pressure, the reasonable pressure gradient in contaminative zone can be maintained when the operation condition changes or the exhaust fan switches.
