人字形波纹片空调冷凝器设计

摘要 应用换热模型计算空气流过人字形波纹片管束的换热及R134a在光滑管内的冷凝换热特征。通过样机试验,验证设计方法的可行性。通过研究说明,换热模型可以较好地应用于人字形翅片管式冷凝器的设计。 Fin-tube condensers are widely applied in air-conditioning with air-cooling. The designing key of the fin-tube condenser is that condensation heat transfer coefficient ofrefrigerants inside tubes and surface heat transfer coefficient of air side are accurately predicted. Applying heat transfer models, this paper calculates both side of heat transfer characteristics of herringbone fin-tube condensers. At the base of theoretical research, feasibility of design method is validated through sample experiments. The research result indicates heat transfer models can be preferably applied to design herringbone fin-tube condensers.
