目的:探讨汽车司机的职业紧张因素。方法:聚类分析。结果:汽车司机职业紧张因素可分为社会支持、负性状态、工作要求、工作控制、紧张程度和忙碌单调6大类。结论:应采取综合措施减少职业紧张。

Objective：To study the job stress factors of drivers. Methods：Cluster analysis. Results：The job stress factors of drivers can be divided into six clusters,which are social support,negative state,job requiring,job control,stress level,and joh busyness and monotony. Conclusion： Comprehensive measures should be used to reduce the job stress.
