摘要
吸附脱硫可以在常温常压下且不需要消耗高纯度氢气的情况下操作,因此被认为是一种具有很强竞争力和广阔市场前景的新技术。本文在概括活性炭结构性质的基础上,对目前国内外研究的活性炭用于燃料油超深度脱硫的机理进行总结,包括分子尺寸选择机理、酸性位吸附机理、金属活性位吸附机理、催化氧化机理。同时对利用活性炭来吸附燃料油超深度脱硫工作提出了若干建议。
Adsorption desulfurization appears to be one of the promising approaches for ultra -deep desulfurization because the process can be run at ambient temperature and atmospheric pressure without using pressurized hydrogen gas. On the basis of introducing the structures and properties of activated carbon,the mechanisms of activated carbon for Ultra - Deep desulfurization of fuel oils at present including molecule size selection, acidic sites effect. metal sites effect and catalytic oxidation, were reviewed. Meanwhile, several suggestions are proposed about ultra- deep adsorption desulfurization of fuel oils by activated carbon.
