摘要
介绍了磁选机在铝用预焙阳极炭块生产线的应用,阐述了铁、镍的氧化物和石油焦在1200~1400℃高温煅烧条件下发生的化学变化过程。通过在煅后石油焦输送线安装磁选机进行在线除铁、镍,从而降低铝用预焙阳极炭块中Fe、Ni的含量,为生产高品位的电解铝提供阳极保障。
The application of magnetic separator used in prebaked anode carbon block production line was introduced. The chemical changes between Fe, Ni oxides and petroleum coke happened under 1 200 - 1 400℃ were stated. The iron and nickel can be effectively removed by installed magnetic separator on the calcined petroleum coke transportation llne, which can be helpful to reduce the content of iron and nickel in the prebaked anode carbon block for high quality electrolyte aluminium.
