软件文档的用户界面及设计

DISCUSSION OF USER INTERFACE AND DESIGN OF SOFTWARE DOCUMENT

对现在的软件系统来说，软件文档已是系统用户界面的一部分，成为软件系统不可缺少的重要组成部分，但当前软件文档中针对用户的一面却不如人意，在这方面也缺少足够的研究（人们多把研究的重点放在程序运行时的机上界面）。本文在对用户文档分析的基础上，提出了用户文档开发过程的概念，并以此指导用户文档的开发，对用户文档结构及界面的设计提出了自己的看法。

Software document has been a part of user interface in now software system and has become a very important component of it,but at present the aspect of the software document faced on the user is not so completely satisfactory,and lack of sufficent research(People often put their attention on the operating interface when the program is runing),this paper based on the analysis for the user document,provides a conception of user document procession which acn guide the development of user document and supply the construction of user document and interface in the view of the author.
