Kikuchi—Fujimoto病一例临床分析 被引量：2

摘要 组织细胞坏死性淋巴结炎又称为Kikuchi—Fujimoto病（KFD），自1972年由两位日本学者首次描述以来，已逐渐引起血液科医师的重视。近年来随着淋巴结活体组织检查和病理诊断的普及，我国的KFD确诊病例数不断增加。最近我们发现了1例伴发无菌性脑膜炎的KFD，经查阅文献未见国内有相似报道，现报道如下。
