摘要
目的:评价舌动脉插管介入治疗舌癌的临床疗效。方法:运用舌动脉插管,对7例舌癌患者给予化疗药物平阳霉素和甲氨蝶呤,治疗前定点并测量溃疡面大小,治疗结束后再次测量溃疡面大小。结果:7例舌癌患者运用此方法,2例原发灶消失,4例原发灶缩小75%,1例中途放弃治疗。结论:舌动脉插管介入化疗是治疗舌癌的一种安全高效治疗途径。
Objective： To evaluate the efficacy of interventional chemotherapy for carcinoma of tongue through lingual artery. Methods： 7 patients with carcinoma of tongue were treated by Pingyangmycin and Methotrexate via the cannula of lingual artery. Size of carcinoma was measured before and after therapy. Results： 2 case of carcinoma cleared away. Tumor size decreased 75% in 4 cases. One case gave up therapy. Conclusion： The interventional chemotherapy for carcinoma of tongue through lingual artery is safe and efficient, with less side-effects.
