Challenge and Transformation of Urban Land_use Planning

以城市土地使用制度改革为导引，分析了在土地商品化经营条件下城市规划的角色和地位，并且根据我国城市土地市场开发趋势，重新审视了目前城市土地利用规划及用地控制观念面临的问题，在此基础上，提出了重构城市土地利用规划控制体系的具体内容，以期实现社会主义市场经济条件下城市规划的合理发展．

On the bases of introduction of the reformation of urban land_use regulation,the role of urban planning in charge of land commerce is analysed.Based on the developing tendency of urban land market of our country,the problems of urban land_use planning and land controlling idea are expounded.Finally, the content of reconstructing urban land_use planning controlling system, promoting reasonable development of urban planning in socialist market economical condition is put forward.
