摘要
凸轮机构在高速运行时,因凸轮廓线加工造成的微小“波纹度”误差将产生一个比载荷大得多的“附加动反力”.作者运用动力学微分方程进行了计算,分析了“波纹度”误差的曲率变化,以及凸轮机构的相关参数对“动反力”的影响,为最小动力响应的计算提供了参数的依据。
When the cam mechanism is moving in a high speed, an additoonal kinetic reac-hon which is much bigger than the load will come into being, because the processing of camoutline creates a tiny error of corrugation degree. In this paper, the author presents a meth-od of dynamic differential analysis and discusses the curvatrue change or corrugation dc-gree's error and effect of relative parameters to the dynamic reaction. Thus a parameter ba-sis is provided for the computation of minimum dynamic respondence.
