摘要
对大尺寸挤压丝锥加工高强度接箍内螺纹的成形和成形过程中的受力,进行了分析探讨.应用自制的电阻应变式扭矩传感器和自然热电偶装置测试分析了挤压扭矩及温度.利用体视显微镜和扫描电子显微镜,对挤压丝锥的前锥、校正部及其螺牙的磨损形态、磨损过程及磨损机理,进行了观察研究.
This paper deals with the subjected force and the study of the forming pocess and the subjected internal threads on the coupling of large size high strength roltaps, The writers analysed the extruding torque and extruding temperature by appling self- made torgue sensor of the elestric resistance - strain type. The writers investigated and studied the wear course, wear state and wear mechanics on the former part of the roltap by means of natural thermocouple set.
