大肠癌组织环氧化酶-2基因表达在哈萨克族与汉族患者中的差异性

Difference of Cyclooxygenase-2 Expression in Colorectal Cancer Between Kazakh Nationality and Han Nationality

[目的]探讨环氧化酶-2(COX-2)在哈萨克族人群大肠癌患者中的表达,以及与汉族人群是否存在差异。[方法]采用免疫组化ElivisionTM plus法检测26例哈萨克族和28例汉族大肠癌患者的正常组织及肿瘤组织中的COX-2蛋白的表达。[结果]19.2%(5/26)哈萨克族大肠癌患者正常组织中COX-2蛋白表达阳性,而92.3%(24/26)肿瘤组织中COX-2蛋白的表达阳性,差异有显著性(P<0.01),COX-2在哈萨克族患者各分期肿瘤组织中的表达无差异(P>0.05)。COX-2在两组患者正常组织中的表达情况无差异,肿瘤组织中也如此。[结论]COX-2在哈萨克族大肠癌的发病中起着重要作用,在哈萨克族大肠癌患者中的表达与汉族患者无差异性。

[Purpose] To investigate the cyclooxygenase-2 （COX-2） expression in colorectal cancer in population of Kazakh nationality and its difference with that in Han nationality. [ Methods ] The expression of COX-2 in the normal and cancer tissues in 26 cases of Kazakh and 28 cases of Han nationality were detected by immunohistochemical ElivisionTM plus method. [Results] In Kazakh the positive expression of COX-2 was 19.2% （5/26） in normal tissues and 92.3% （24/26） in cancer tissues, with significant difference （P〈0.01）, but no difference was found in different stages （P〉0.05）. There is no difference of the expression of COX-2 in normal or tumor tissues between Kazakh and Han nationality. [Conclusions] COX-2 plays an important role in the carcinogenesis with colorectal cancer. There is no difference of the COX-2 expression between the Kazakh and the Han nationality with colorectal cancer.
