我国军事环境保护的成就主要表现为:军事环境保护法规体系基本成型,军事环境保护管理机制良性运行,军事环境保护教育体系逐步完善,军事环境保护国际合作机制日渐成熟。但由于起步较晚,仍存在许多不足之处:军事环境保护理念有待加强,军事环境保护法律体系尚不健全,军事环境保护法律责任制度尚不完善,军事环境保护法律救济制度仍未建立。

The main achievement of our military environmental protection is： the system of military environmental protection law and regulations takes shape basically, the administrative mechanism of military environmental protection operates benignity, the education system of military environmental protection improves gradually, the international cooperation mechanism of military environmental protection is mature day after day. But because of a late start, there are still many limitations： the principle of military environmental protection needs to be strengthened, the legal system of military environmental protection is not perfect, the legal liability system of military environmental protection is not yet perfect, and the legal relief system of military environmental protection has not yet established.
