摘要
横向磁场永磁同步电动机(TFPMSM)由于磁路结构与传统径向永磁同步电动机不同,使得其d-q轴电感的求解与传统径向永磁同步电动机不同,难以直接套用传统径向永磁同步电动机的公式。结合传统径向永磁同步电动机的坐标变换矩阵和方程,给出了相应的横向磁场永磁同步电动机的坐标变换矩阵和功率求解方程。根据横向磁场永磁同步电动机各相之间没有磁路耦合的特点,分析了其相绕组自感系数的变化规律。结合该种电动机的相绕组电压和磁链平衡方程式,分析了只考虑基波的情况下电动机的d-q轴电感的求解方法。模型分析将横向磁场永磁同步电动机的数学模型与传统径向永磁同步电动机的模型进行了统一,简化了横向磁场永磁同步电动机的分析。
The magnetic circuit of transverse flux permanent magnetic synchronous motor (TFPMSM) is different from traditional radial flux permanent magnetic (PM) motor. This difference makes the ways of calculating the d-axis and q-axis inductances different. For TFPMSM, the magnetic circuits of each phase are apart from each other. Based on the analysis of traditional radial flux PM motor, the matrix of coordinate conversion and the power formula are given. Based on the phase voltage equation and flux linkage equation, the way of how to calculate d-axis and q-axis inductances is analyzed. The analysis unifies the math model of TFPMSM with traditional radial PM motor, and simplifies the analysis of TFPMSM.
