基于预测技术和状态细分的感应电动机直接转矩控制算法研究

摘要 针对感应电动机直接转矩驱动控制系统中磁链和转矩波动过大的缺点,在保证其快速响应特性的前提下,采用预测技术将电机运行状态细分为磁链和转矩全暂态、磁链暂态、转矩暂态、磁链和转矩全稳态4种状态,并对不同的状态采用不同的控制方法,以保证运行过程中定子磁链幅值的恒定,达到减小磁链和转矩波动的目的。通过仿真与实验验证了该控制技术的正确性和可行性。 Due to flux and torque ripples too large in direct torque control of induction motor system, this paper use forecast technology to divide the working state of induction motor into four states : flux and torque transient, flux transient, torque transient, flux and torque stable, and this method is sustain the rapid response of direct torque control of induction motor. Use different method for different states in order to kept the stator flux amplitude value and reduce flux and torque ripples. The simulink and experiment result shows the theory analysis is right and the scheme is reliable.
