摘要
在电脑灯中电机运转平稳和低噪音是决定灯动作效果的关键因素。分析了三相混合式步进电动机细分驱动的机理,通过采用嵌入式处理器及大功率MOS管,实现了三相混合式步进电动机SPWM(正弦波脉宽调制)细分驱动。实验结果表明,设计的细分驱动器可以减少或消除低频振动,有效地抑制了振荡和噪声。
It is very important factor of the computer light that the running state of step motor is stable and low noise. This article achieves the SIN subdivide microstep driving with embedding processor and high-power MOS transistor on the basis of analyzing the theory of the SIN subdivide microstep driving system. The experimentation result shows that the subdivision driver in this paper inhibits the surge of low frequency and noise effectively.
