摘要
在分析步进电动机制动原理的基础上,推导了电机在两种制动情况下制动距离的计算公式,并建立一个控制系统,通过实验对紧急制动的制动距离进行了验证。
The brake of step motor is of great importance in industrial manufacture. Based on the principle of braking of step motor, different formula were established for calculating the brake distance in two conditions. And a control system was implemented on NC Lathe. At last, the brake distance in emergent condition was validated through experiment.
