苯并噁嗪亚胺玻璃布层压板的研制 被引量:2

摘要 研究苯并噁嗪亚胺树脂的合成工艺,并利用其制备玻璃布层压板,经对该产品的性能进行全面测试。结果表明,采用苯并噁嗪亚胺树脂制备的玻璃布层压板其制造成本、工艺及性能均优于苯酚改性二苯醚树脂层压板和环氧改性聚胺酰亚胺树脂层压板。 The synthesis of benzoxazine-imide resin was studied, with which the glass cloth laminated sheet was made. The test on the properties of the sheets show that the combined performance, including the properties and the manufacturing cost and process, of the glass cloth laminated sheet made of benzoxazine-imide are superior to that made of phenol-modified diphenyl ether and that made of epoxy-modified poly(amino imide).
