摘要
对BZn15-24-1.5铅锌白铜水平连铸坯的组织及Pb相分布进行了观测,对BZn15-24-1.5铅锌白铜水平连铸坯冷拔后退火开裂样品的裂口形貌进行了观测。分析了该材料水平连铸坯冷拔后退火开裂的原因,认为BZn15-24-1.5铅锌白铜水平连铸坯冷拔后退火开裂是由于铸坯的柱晶组织和Ph相在晶界富集共同作用的结果。改变铸坯的结晶组织使其不为柱晶可以克服这一现象。
In this paper, the microstructure of BZn15-24-1.5 horizontal continuous casting ingot and the distribution of Pb element in the ingot have been determined. The annealing cracks morphology of drown BZn15-24-1.5 horizontal continuous casting ingot has been shown and the cause for the annealing cracks has been analyzed. The results of the ingot's research have shown that the annealing cracks are related to the ingot's columnar crystal microstructure and the distribution of Pb phase, varying the ingot% columnar crystal microstructure can solve this problem.
