摘要
通过对薪酬、薪酬结构设计等内容的阐述,结合昆钢薪酬结构设计的改革进程,指出科学合理的薪酬结构设计在薪酬管理制度中的重要意义以及对现代企业发展所起的重要作用。
We expatiate on the salary and the structural design of salary, etc. and combine with the innovation course of salary' s structural design which is made by Kunming Steel-Iron Factory, we get the conclusion that the scientific, reasonable salary' s structural design has the very important meaning for the salary management system, and it has the very important function for the development of modem corporation.
