三叶型改性聚丙烯纤维在干混砂浆中的性能研究

摘要 研究不同掺量的三叶型改性聚丙烯纤维对干混砂浆施工性、强度、抗裂性、抗渗性、抗水分蒸发性能的影响,并分析了纤维在阻裂、增韧方面的作用机理。经过不同纤维掺量的砂浆性能研究发现,纤维体积掺量在0.10%~0.12%较为经济,且改善砂浆效果显著。当纤维体积掺量为0.1%时,砂浆的抗裂性能可提高75.7%,加入纤维可以改变砂浆中的水分蒸发过程,使其早期水分蒸发速度减缓。 The influence of different content of three-leaf shaped modified polypropylene fiber on performance of dry-mixed mortar such as workability, strength, crack resistance,impermeability and anti-water evaporation has been studied. The mechanism of anti-cracking and toughening of fibers has been analyzed. Study on performance of mortar with different content of fiber found out that when volume percentage of fiber is 0.1%~0.12%,it has remarkable effect in mortar improvement and more economic; when volume percentage of fiber is 0.1%,crack resistance of mortar can increase 75,7%,Adding fiber can change water evaporation process and slow up water evaporation speed at early stage of mortar.
